We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is marked as shipped/fulfilled, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

We currently ship to the United States, and it's territories. We are hoping to be able to ship to other countries soon.

We typically ship within 1-2 days of an order being placed. After that, estimated shipping times depend on the carrier and shipping method chosen.

If you notice your order is taking longer than expected, please let us know and we will try to find out from the carrier what the delay is.

We are not responsible for any orders that are missing or stolen, and do not replace/refund missing/stolen orders.

If a carrier has marked your order as delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a missing/stolen package report.

If there is any information you need from us to file this report, please feel free to reach out. We will provide any information we can to assist in the process.

If you wish to return a product, please reach out to us directly, as some products may have special procedures or may not be returnable.

For a product/order to be eligible for return, it must be:

• Unopened/untampered
• Returned in re-sellable contidition (shipping damage excluded)
• We must be notified of your desire to return a product, no more than 3 days after delivery.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Please note, this 7 day window accounts for our timeframe to process a refund. It does not include the time it may take for Shopify and your preferred payment method to process/credit you.
