Returns
If you wish to return a product, please reach out to us directly, as some products may have special procedures or may not be returnable.
For a product/order to be eligible for return, it must be:
- Unopened/untampered
- Returned in re-sellable contidition (shipping damage excluded)
- We must be notified of your desire to return a product, no more than 3 days after delivery.
Typically, if a customer wishes to return a product and it is not due to damage or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
Please note, this 7 day window accounts for our timeframe to process a refund. It does not include the time it may take for Shopify and your preferred payment method to process/credit you.
Missing/Stolen Items (Delivered)
We are not responsible for any orders that are missing or stolen, and do not replace/refund missing/stolen orders.
If a carrier has marked your order as delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a missing/stolen package report.
